To ensure that all of our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time here at our resort, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Check in: 2pm Check out: 10 am (cabins) 11 am (campground)
• Quiet time 10:30PM - 7AM
• Visitors: Please check-in at office first.
• Office hours: 8AM - 8PM. These are subject to change during our shoulder season (May & September)
• Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card number is required upon reservation. You are responsible for all nights booked. Cancellations 11-21 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the reserved stay (non-refundable). Cancellations 1-10 days prior will be charged 50% of the reserved stay (non-refundable). If we cannot re-book what you had originally booked (or only partially), you will be charged the remainder of the stay/what has not been re-booked by someone else. Changes/cancellations on day of arrival or while you are staying with us will result in full charges of your reservation.
• If you need a late check-in, please phone our office to make arrangements.
• Please drive SLOW through our campground (10 km/h).
• Keeps pets on a leash and clean up after them.
• Keep radios etc. at a low level. Please respect other campers.
• Sort your recyclables from your garbage (including cardboard and plastics). We have a recycling station in the campground as well as by the office.
• Washing of cars/ATVs/trailers etc. is not permitted.
• Dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.
• Do not move fire pits without permission.
• No garbage or cigarette butts in fire pits.
• This resort is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from our grounds.
• We are not responsible for any injuries or loss/damage of valuables at the resort.
• There is no lifeguard on duty, please supervise your children.

A bit more info about our resort.

• Our resort is open from the beginning of May until the end of September. We are completely closed during the winter.
• Boat launches with our tractor are available from 8AM - 6PM.
• 100 Mile House is a 15 minute drive away where you can find everything you need.
• We are an 8 minute drive away from Lone Butte. Here you can find an excellent sporting goods store (Lone Butte Sporting Goods), a general store, a café and 2 restaurants.
• We have fairly good cell service coverage throughout the resort.
• We do not reserve boat mooring spots in advance. You will be given a spot when you check in.
• All of our washrooms on site are flush toilets (no outhouses).
